Welcome to the Blue Canoe website on Ottman family history.

This website is a work in progress, a presentation of discoveries into the Ottman family history.  For many years we have been collecting family photographs, letters, records, stories, and other bits of family history.

The purpose of the website is to share what we have found so far.  You can explore Ottman photos  and documents collected in the Reunion genealogy database, look at reports created from that information, and read a few stories about events and people who appear in the records.

We hope this site will provide an opportunity for  family members to enjoy this collection and perhaps contribute their own photographs, stories and memories to this  compilation as it grows.  You can explore, remember, ask questions, correct mistakes, and contribute photographs or stories of your own.
